Okay, I’m learning this website…here’s a picture of Salina after her surgery. Tomorrow the staples will be removed, it seemed to heal well.
Today is a new day, she greets me with a wagging tail when I get home, just not using her back leg. We have been bending her leg trying to loosen it up, when we stop the exercise (which she doesn’t like) her leg gets straight and stiff again.
wow, is there a little girl behind that big cone??? bless her heart, she must feel like she’s in the pawpaw tunnel! glad she’s wagging her tail and getting more ‘like normal’. the recovery does take time, and salina is obviously facing challenges many of us didn’t. hope you can find a way to keep that back leg mobile, all things in their own time. paws crossed for continued improvement!!!
